We were made to feel welcome from the minute we stepped onto the property. The hosts speak a number of languages and were a great source of knowledge and information. They were the friendliest hosts we had for our entire trip. We felt at home here straight away. Our room was simple but very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a full-sized fridge plus enough pots and cutlery. There was a bedroom, an ensuite and a separate living area with the kitchen in it. The large pool was a huge bonus when it was so hot. All up it was great value. Thank you!

Objekt Dar Barka nalazi se u gradu 'Kebili' te sadrži sezonski vanjski bazen, vrt, terasu ibesplatan WiFi. We really liked this place, it was very interesting to stay in an oasis, very memorable. We had our own little house, spacious enough, hot water in the shower with good pressure, a kettle in the room. The garden is lovely, there were lemons, tangerines, roses, other flowers and pomelo in January. The owner and his wife were very welcoming and kind, they explained some interesting things about the garden when we asked, and called us to watch how dates were being picked in the neighboring plantation, which was really interesting! We pre-ordered set dinner (lamb as the main course) for 55 TND, it was cooked by the time we arrived around 8, tasty and good value for money. For breakfast, they served "deglet nour" dates from their plantation, very interesting to try. There's a shop where they sell dates from the plantation and date-based products such as date seed "coffee".

Everything was lovely! It’s a beautiful house decorated tastefully and it has a large outside area around the house. The owner is a lovely lady who had baked us Christmas cookies and other biscuits. Coffee available, dates and olives. The night before our last stay she dropped by with another homemade cake. Very sweet and very helpful with important information about Douz, restaurants, camps, taxi and anything else one might need to know. I would definitely stay here again!!

I had the pleasure of spending a full month in this beautiful apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Fawzi is a fantastic host – very friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The apartment is tastefully furnished, quiet, and fully equipped with everything you need. A big plus is the possibility to do laundry and the secure garage, where you can safely park your motorcycle or car. The location is excellent – peaceful yet well-connected. I felt truly comfortable here and can highly recommend this place.

He quickly and easily helped us organise a camel tour in Douz at an amazing price. Breakfast was fresh and delicious too. The location is great, about a 10-15 minute walk from the town center. The owner also recommended a great restaurant in town. The room was simple and had everything we needed for a short stay. Internet standard for Tunisia.
