What really made our experience special was the staff's incredible attention to detail - they went above and beyond with personalised recommendations that helped us discover hidden local treasures. The swimming pool was an amazing addition. When we needed help getting to the airport, they were incredibly supportive and made our travel smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a hotel that feels both professionally managed and warmly personal, but this place nailed it perfectly!
