Set in Tataouine, Dar Essadeg offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The property has city and inner courtyard views. This was our favorite place we stayed in all of Tunisia. If you want to come to the south and see some of the amazing sights, we cannot recommend Dar Essadeg enough. The host is so kind and welcoming. We were extremely comfortable in the apartment, and enjoyed the beautiful terrace with a view of one of the ancient graineries. The kitchen has all you need, the bed we slept in was very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Our host was kind enough to arrange a local taxi driver who spoke English to take us around to the incredible Berber and Arab villages and castles in the area. The driver was very kind and knowledgeable about the history of the area. He took us to so many amazing sites that the more commercial tour companies won’t take you, and for a much fairer price. Again, if you want to explore the south of Tunisia, come stay here! You will feel like family, very well taken care of. We will absolutely return and stay here when we come back!

The accommodation was very pleasant. We got the whole villa for four guests. The equipment is above standard - in addition to the kitchen there is also a washing machine. The rooms are air-conditioned. We were able to park the car on the fenced property. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return again sometime.

If you travel without a car like me, they may help you also by organizing a tour around the region. Just exchange with them for the details and expectations. I am proud of Karima as a female, she has ambitions and dreams to realize and she is an empowered woman to manage this guesthouse end to end.

Studio CoCoti is situated in Tataouine. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. It was a very pleasant stay in Tataouine. Khaled is a great host, very kind and wants to make sure that the guests are enjoying the place, he gave local recommendations and helped with arranging taxi transportation. The place is outside the center, so there are less people making noise at night, its close to the local louage station to go to the nearby ksars. The kitchen is well equipped (Khaled also left water and juices for me), there are also warm blankets. Thanks to Khaled for your hospitality!

Hôtel Star Wars ksar hedada is set in Tataouine. With free WiFi, this 2-star hotel has a terrace and a restaurant. The hotel features family rooms. If you're a fan of Star Wars (or history), you should definitely stay here! Was a highlight from our trip to Tunisia, and a very unique experience. Part of the Ksar has been renovated really nicely (where all the rooms are) and you can wander around the rest freely including climbing to the top of some of the buildings for a panoramic view. It's worth watching sunset and sunrise from the top! Also highly recommend having dinner there (delicious and reasonably priced). They also have some props for the many photo ops around the property.
