The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the sheer comfort of our accommodation. One of the stand-out features for us was the spaciousness of the apart-suite. Traveling with family often means needing extra room to spread out, and Bursa Suites delivered perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind, and truly feel at home. This was a significant advantage, especially after busy days of exploring the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and we particularly want to commend Abdullah for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Being so close to all the local markets was a huge convenience for our family. We loved being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant local life, discover fresh produce, and find unique souvenirs. It made exploring Bursa on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable, with many key attractions just a short stroll away. Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. The staffs are very accomodating and go above & beyond. The place was beautiful with amazing food. 10/10 will be back.
