Regarding the WIFI questions I just answered "not available" due to the fact that I didn't use WIFI at all and thus no experience. I used my mobile phone data package I ordered from my telecom operator. I liked the everything and the customer service was good with friendly staff with a special mentioning of the young bartender guy at the rooftop bar.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. Fantastic location fro skiing at Mt Uludag. Food and service was amazing, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Spa was free and incredible. Would highly recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I would also like to give a special thanks to Ahmed, an Arabic-speaking staff member, who was incredibly helpful during our stay. Traveling with family often means needing extra room to spread out, and Bursa Suites delivered perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind, and truly feel at home. This was a significant advantage, especially after busy days of exploring the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and we particularly want to commend Abdullah for his outstanding service. Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. We are having a good time with the stuff skiing the room. The stuff shafiqu is wonderful and takes care of us. Good, the food, excellent, no comment 👍 we will be back next year inshaallah
