I regretted that we only stayed for 1 night 😢. Should have stayed for more nights !! Starting from the free shuttle bus from Taichung HSR Station , the friendly and approachable staff ,the huge, modern and clean room overlooking the lake , the room onsen and the hotel onsen and sauna, the restaurant ( Shao Chinese restaurant - the hotel is so kind to provide my daughter the complimentary ‘longevity peach ‘ for desert for her birthday ) and the location which is literally only 2 mins walk to the Ita Shao shopping street where you can grab all sorts of food and things . We love this hotel so much that we are already booking another trip next year to stay for a few nights !

It was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The shower was very hot and powerful so perfect after a day hiking. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning by the owners, and included delicious homemade dough sticks. The children loved being able to play in the garden and seeing the chickens, rabbits and turtles. The location was in a quiet area on the edge of town but still in walking distance of a 7-11 and restaurants.

Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.

奕青民宿-梅酒 梅精 法國麵包plum winery guesthouse fica em Shuili, a 37 km de Xitou Nature Education Area e a 49 km de Lotus Forest, e oferece restaurante, vista para a montanha e Wi-Fi grátis. The good rating is well deserved. Beautiful location, with hiking options nearby. The house is new, rooms (very) spatious, clean, beautiful wooden floors and furniture, great bathroom. During our stay, there was still some work underway around the house, so we can only imagine how this place will look like in the future. Ca. 100m down the road from the accommodation is the family-run plum winery itself, where you can sample (and buy to take home) some great local products. This is where the A+ breakfast is served. The hosts were friendly, very attentive and the kind of people you can really have a talk with. We would like to thank the whole family for our amazing stay. We have stayed in many accommodations during our trip, but this was certainly our favourite. We sadly planned only one night here, but will definitely be returning when we come back to Taiwan.
