The staff are very attentive and kind. We loved the shuttle transfer from Taichung to the hotel as it was super convenient. We also loved our room! The beds were great sizes, especially for us since we are on the taller side. The star of the show was the hot spring bath tubs. It was a perfect and relaxing end to our days of hiking and exploring sun and moon lake.

It was a really good stay and we even got an upgrade and host has changed our date when our plans changed by one day. It is clean and cosy. We have only stayed here for one night and needed to leave very early so we haven't ate breakfast. But it was a pleasure to spend an evening in this quiet place. It is away from the city center but it was an advantage for us since the city was not our destination, just a quick stop in our journey around Taiwan.

It was very comfortable, everything was clean and easy to access, with wooden floors and walls making a climatic feel. For breakfast we just had a set of toasts and some jam, as we wanted to leave early for Wuling pass. Staff was really helpful and made check-in really easy - thank you!

Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.
