Another staff member showed us the original room we booked to make sure my mother is able to access upstairs. How thoughtful was that! And buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent. Room is so comfortable. Public hot bath is clean and therapeutic. There was a free concert in the lobby in the evening. We are definitely coming back!
