That room was very nice — spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The bathroom had all the necessary equipment to take a shower safely and easily. The staff was always available and responded very quickly to all our requests, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied.

The location is great — everything is nearby and easy to reach. The capsules are cozy, with power outlets, good internet, and two types of lighting, so it’s very comfortable to stay in. I especially want to mention the reception — the team there is just amazing. They welcomed me at any time without any issues, explained everything, helped with small things, and were genuinely kind and attentive. It’s truly nice when the staff treats guests with such warmth. The breakfasts are tasty, and the coffee is excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Of particular note this visit was the breakfast crew. Watching how they put everything together and keep it running smoothly is a positive start to the day. Very secure parking this close to the centre must also be mentioned. …and, it’s so comfortable I overslept. I never oversleep but I was out for an extra two hours of solid shut-eye this morning. Awesome hotel…!!!
