Really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great — everything is nearby and easy to reach. The capsules are cozy, with power outlets, good internet, and two types of lighting, so it’s very comfortable to stay in. I especially want to mention the reception — the team there is just amazing. They welcomed me at any time without any issues, explained everything, helped with small things, and were genuinely kind and attentive. It’s truly nice when the staff treats guests with such warmth. The breakfasts are tasty, and the coffee is excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly and nice (especially Iryna, she was outstandingly helpful), the bed incredibly comfortable, the food at the restaurant was out of this world. Also the internet was fast and despite the central location it was pretty quiet. Also 24h electricity. Will definitely come back when in lviv and recommend the hotel to everyone!
