The room was very clean. The staff is always friendly. The food at the Sapphire room was very good and the entertainment added to our visit.

Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort features contemporary guest rooms with views of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and direct access to on-site slot machines, gaming tables and other entertainment. Eventhough there was a problem with the registration process between the hotel and Booking.com, we had to wait for almost an hour, the hotel upgraded us to a suite without us asking.
