It's very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, far superior to the guesthouses I stayed in the mountains the previous two nights. The pick up point is only a couple hundred metres from the lower floor exit at Arrivals and shuttle service arrived 10 min after calling the front desk, no pre-booking, with a roughly 8 min drive which was heaven for a long distance traveler arriving late in the evening.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights, and we absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, and they do a lot to make your stay comfortable. The 17.30 snack, three drinks per person for free, and snacks and food. We liked the breakfast a lot. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We loved everything about it, and the location is just perfect. 5-minute walk down to Broadway.
