Lindsey is so friendly, she gave us great recommendations of where to eat and reliable taxi services. Also answered all our questions without complaints. The hotel is well maintaned and in a quiet location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well equiped. The 99 steps stair wasn't a problem for us to get to town, a short walk of 15min and you have restaurants and shops around. We enjoyed the pool just before getting our flight back. Definetly will repeat our stay there!

I never met owners or staff but received a lot of advice online. Being just off Centreline Road it’s handy for the bus, and there is access to a path network a little further up the road. With a little planning I got to most places I wanted to go by bus and/or on foot. (If that's not your thing, you need to hire a car, taxis don’t cruise that road like they do the North shore).
