They booked my onwards travel for me and had the bus stop right at the homestay to pick me up. One of the women's English is very good, and the other is happy to communicate via Google Translate. They pointed me in the direction of good vegetarian food and were happy to answer any questions I had. The room was lovely, with views of the rice fields out a huge window. There was a lovely outdoor seating area with swings, a hammock, benches, and tables that also looked out over the rice field. The location was a ways outside the city, but the bus transfers you there for free, and it is right down the road from Tra Su Sanctuary. I loved it so much that I stayed an extra night, and the owners were nice enough to communicate with the next guests so that I could keep my room!

It isn't in the city center but there is a cute café at the street's angle and a few street food stalls. Located right on Sam Mountain, Victoria Nui Sam Lodge houses an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by the spectacular natural landscape. It offers free Wi-Fi in rooms and in public areas. Very comfortable room; good shower; excellent linens; superb view from private deck. Breakfast was good, as was the restaurant. Vietnam hotel staff is always helpful, but the staff at Nui Sam was ESPECIALLY helpful!
