This was easily the most amazing stay on our 3-week- Vietnam trip so far (and the other stays were also pretty good). First of all, the rooms were spacious, the bathroom was also big and everything was clean. And the owner Sora really made us feel at home from the very beginning and looked out for us so much. Not only did she cook the most delicious breakfest every morning (you had so many different options and she always adjusted it to vegetarian or other diet requests). Big recommondation: try the vietnamese breakfast options! She also gave us some vietnamese sweet treats or snacks so that we got to know typical snacks from the region. She also helped us with making plans to explore the surroundings and arranging the transport to your next destination. Communication was super easy- if you had a question you could always text her and she always answered so quickly. The location of the Homestay is at a small road not directly at the busy main road so it is not too noisy.

I appreciated that the staff allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, and the daily fresh towels, linens, and complimentary water and coffee refills were a nice touch. The reception and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending great local spots to eat. The hostel also offers affordable bike rentals, making it easy to explore both Chau Doc and nearby provinces. The host clearly takes pride in the place, paying attention to every little detail to make guests feel comfortable. Vi, the girl that run the place is wonderful. Always ready to help her guests with good advices.The room was beautiful and super clean and and the bathroom the best ever. Everything in the right place. Really good breakfast. She found me a driver and with his motorbike I left at 6.30 to reach the wonderful Tra Sul forest and after that a lot of other beautiful places on my way back. I paid less than 20 euro and I love it. Hope to come back one day! Thanks for everything Vi. 🥰

Hương Tràm Homestay ligt in Hồ Ðá en biedt een tuin en gratis WiFi. Alle kamers zijn inclusief een balkon. We had some perso al issues (unrelated to the trip) but still the owner was the kindest person ever and made her best to help us. Thank you very much! The property is near the cajuput forest. There are not many shops around but we could easily have lunch in a local restaurant few meters away from the property. Tha ks again!
