But it was indeed impeccable! The price was a really good deal as we got a room with balcony. The motel is very close to Chau Doc market and Lady Temple (Miếu Bà Chúa Xứ) at Sam Mountain. Their motorbikes are all new and motor scooters. Also, they had a lot of cloth hangers in the room. The staff are very friendly. Strongly recommend and will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay. Vi was incredibly helpful, guiding us on scenic scooter routes, and recommending great local eateries. She also helped us book various activities. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The light breakfast and free laundry service were fantastic perks. Highly recommend!

We arrived at the homestay practically straight from the Ho Chi Minh City airport. The owner was incredibly helpful even before our arrival. She gave us tons of great advice about the bus, places to visit, and tickets. This location is super close to Tra Su Cajuput Forest, so we didn't waste any time in the morning before heading out to see it. The room with the private bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The morning view was amazing when we opened the window. The old lady even helped us with our ripped backpack and wouldn't take any money! This room was the best value for money we could have asked for.

Beautiful hotel, the landscape unbelievable - it looks like a painting. The pool is well maintained and the stuff is friendly. Breakfasts are good with a lot of options and the evening restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes. Overall it was a good experience, thank you for having us :)

The neighborhood has zero sound, half a minute walk to the river bank.
