Originally, we came to this area for one night to relax from the hustle and bustle of Saigon, but we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights. The place is truly magical, and you will hardly see any tourists here—only kind, smiling local people and plenty of fruit, especially coconuts. Thuan is a very friendly and caring person. He speaks perfect English, which really helped us to get at least a glimpse of the local culture and way of life, especially during a private trip on the Mekong River, which I highly recommend. The next day, we went on a bike ride and visited a local coconut processing workshop (nothing goes to waste here). One of the most unforgettable moments was when we visited local school children—it was an incredible experience that touched our hearts. Whenever we were hungry, his sister Thuy cooked us excellent Pho or fried spring rolls at her restaurant. We are glad we chose this place and we hope to return here in the future. We had amazing 4 nights with Hieu and his family! We directly travelled from the airport to the homestay and were picked up at the bus stop and welcomed with delicious dinner! Ecoco is such a beautiful place with amazing people, traditional food (also vegetarian) and an authentic experience. It was our first stop, but many people said that it has been one of their best experiences in Vietnam. We were sad to leave and would recommend everyone to come and also do the boat tour with Amy!

Such a great oasis for relaxing a few days in the bustling Mekong area! We stayed 8 nights, longer than most people on the Mekong Delta trail and we enjoyed every day we spent at La Villa de Coco. There is enough to see around. The bikes lent by the Villa are in very good condition and you can take 5-10km bike rides around the flat back lanes and discover local life & nature. (You can also rent scooters). It's easy to get to Ben Tre town or My Tho (about 30 min, 250,000Dng ride, one way). The breakfast is very fresh and a little bit different every day so you don't get bored. We ate street food in the surroundings and had a couple of time dinner on site, so you can both let yourself be pampered or explore the local food offer. There is a karaoke not far, so there may be a day or evening with background music, but that was only a couple of times during our week long stay and they stopped early (around 10pm). The swimming pool is nice, and long enough for laps. The garden is beautiful and the premises very well maintained. But the best is, of course, the people. Owner Hanh and his team will make sure your stay is unforgettable and brighten up even the cloudiest morning with his smile.

The owner went above and beyond, arranging a free pickup from the bus and even helping us book our next ride. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We rented a scooter, and the owner gave us fantastic tips on places to visit, making our trip even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming experience!

Use of bikes allowed us to explore the canals & tracks in the area, including Coconut island, seeing rural Vietnam. Mrs Kha cooked us wonderful meals - full of flavour. Highly recommended

An excellent place. I've never slept as well as I did here. The staff is attentive and excellent. A highly recommended place to relax. You can take the Mekong tour here; the guide is a true professional.

Die Unterkunft Quoc Phuong Riverside Homestay, die in Ben Tre gelegen ist, bietet Gartenblick sowie ein Restaurant, eine Gemeinschaftsküche, eine Bar, einen Garten, einen Außenpool und eine Terrasse. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Um die An- und Abreise wurde sich komplett gekümmert. Auch die 2-Stunden-Bootstour mit Besuch von einem schwimmenden Haus war toll, sehr persönlich und überhaupt nicht typisch touristisch! Man konnte sich einfach Fahrräder ausleihen und musste keine Route planen, weil wirklich alle Wege dort schön sind. Das Essen war super und die Lage am Fluss und mit Pool sowieso.
