The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful in making transportation arrangements and granting us a late check-out to line up with our early afternoon bus. The hallways smell delicious thanks to a candle placed in a pineapple by the elevator. Everything is quite new and in working order. The beds are comfortable, the AC is quiet, and the mini-bar prices are the same as the local convenience store! The shower temperature was consistent with lots of hot water and good water pressure. While the building is centrally located on a busy street, we didn't hear any street noise on the 5th floor. This hotel is an excellent choice!
