Fabulous room, amazing setting, the lovely pool but especially the fantastic, friendly and informative staff and the exquisite food . I ate in the restaurant every night and always exceptional. A magical place.

We are so glad our homestay plans fell through and we stayed here instead! The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful in making transportation arrangements and granting us a late check-out to line up with our early afternoon bus. The hallways smell delicious thanks to a candle placed in a pineapple by the elevator. Everything is quite new and in working order. The beds are comfortable, the AC is quiet, and the mini-bar prices are the same as the local convenience store! The shower temperature was consistent with lots of hot water and good water pressure. While the building is centrally located on a busy street, we didn't hear any street noise on the 5th floor. This hotel is an excellent choice!

The staff was exemplary and always greeted you with a smile. The grounds were spacious, beautiful, and immaculate. Our room was exceedingly large, clean, and comfortable. The prices at the restaurant and bar were more than fair and appropriate, the morning floating market tour arranged by hotel was a high light of our trip to Vietnam. Finally, in terms of pricing, this was a great deal.

Not only was the hotel a two minute walk to the floating market pick up place but it was a ten minute walk from the Futa bus stop when coming from Vinh Long.My floating market tour ran long so they extended the check out time by one hour.
