Beautiful new build, comfortable rooms, good food and we were set up with an awesome motorbike (my husband drove us) and a FANTASTIC guide who we absolutely appreciate all the special places he took us. Couldn’t have found those places without him.

The staff are so helpful and always ready to help you with a smile. I was greeted warmly and shown to my room which was very comfortable and had all that I needed. I also rented my bike from here which was a very good decision. I did not have my international driving license but the staff were able to supply me with a stamped document that allowed me to drive freely around the Ha Giang loop. They were also very helpful to provide a friend of mine with the same document despite him renting a bike from elsewhere. The bikes are brand new, well maintained, serviced and spotless. The staff also advised on the best route to take around the loop and where to stop for the best views (we opted to drive it ourselves so needed guidance) If I were to visit Ha Giang again I would stay at this place without a flicker of doubt.

Absolutely delightful people. I arrived late and was invited to have dinner with the whole family. We had hotpot and they didn’t want any money or payment. They offered drinks and were kind and full of laughter. The day after they made me breakfast and coffee. If you go to ha giang I recommend you stay here. Rooms were clean and nice with absolutely no complaints.

The hotel was simple but clean and well maintained. We did the Ha Giang Loop in January, when it is cold in the region, and the room had a kettle and a heater, which were real lifesavers. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff were polite and helpful.

I had an unforgettable experience doing the Ha Giang Loop with this company. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My easy rider was amazing — he was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The route was stunning, with breathtaking views, well-planned stops, and plenty of opportunities to learn about the local culture. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the food was delicious at every stop. This trip was truly the highlight of my time in Vietnam. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering the Ha Giang Loop. Thank you for an incredible adventure and lifelong memories!
