He was ready during whole journey as a "friend on phone " to help us with everything, each time when we had any question or problem, he was ready on whatsup. It was absolutely amazing "all inclusive" service, we appreciate it and can recommend this accomodation to everybody.

But the shining star of this hotel is the family that runs it. They are the most wonderful people we have met in our 3 weeks touring the country from south to north. They are funny, not just helpful but DEEPLY generous and we had such a wonderful time getting to know them that we were very sad to leave the next day.

We felt at home thanks to Duy and his family’s hospitality. The room was very spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms. They helped us organize transport to other towns and were always very responsive and eager to assist. The heart and soul of the house are the three beautiful cats, which make the stay feel even more homely. Duy also gave us excellent food recommendations—be sure to follow them! If I ever return to Ha Giang, I will definitely stay there again.
