I came on the right night and had the place to myself basically. Quiet and calm. Had the pool to myself. The staff was wonderful especially Bean giving me the cheat codes to pass the check points! Excellent coffee!

I was sick when I got there, Lucifer (one of the staff) took me on his motorcycle and helped me found proper medicine at the pharmacy. The place is super clean, good breakfast, nice lunch & dinner options, laundry smells soooo good and was folded, we booked the 4 days tour with them and everything was very nice! (Hope you have Binh as a guide 🫶) he was THE BEST!!🖤 Love you all !! Glad I celebrated my 40th bday with you guys 🥳🌎🇻🇳🖤✌🏽

This is the best property we’ve stayed at during the Ha Giang loop. It’s brand new, clean and modern. It has floor length windows, great quality shower (3 separate shower heads and digital display of temperature), decent space and great view. But the shining star of this hotel is the family that runs it. They are the most wonderful people we have met in our 3 weeks touring the country from south to north. They are funny, not just helpful but DEEPLY generous and we had such a wonderful time getting to know them that we were very sad to leave the next day.

The cats, the place, the people, aleatory order. First place the cats though :)) Duy and the two other people taking care of the place were very nice! Many thanks for the Miss there taking care of our breakfast. Loved her flowers and plants and how she took care of them. Of the place. Of us. Mister as well, very nice person as well. Duy, one of the best receptionists I have ever met. Hope I will see you again all one day. :)
