The rooms are very comfortable and the central area is spacious with a beautiful garden and views of the mountains.

The staff was extremely helpful with arranging our Loop trip and helping with everything. The Ha Giang Loop itself was unforgettable experience with exceptional views and amazing group!! Our drivers Vanh and Van Nát were good drivers with fun personalities and made sure that we were comfortable during our whole trip. The group size consisted of 6 people + drivers which was much better than popular big group organizers like Jasmine Tours.

This is the best property we’ve stayed at during the Ha Giang loop. It’s brand new, clean and modern. It has floor length windows, great quality shower (3 separate shower heads and digital display of temperature), decent space and great view. But the shining star of this hotel is the family that runs it. They are the most wonderful people we have met in our 3 weeks touring the country from south to north. They are funny, not just helpful but DEEPLY generous and we had such a wonderful time getting to know them that we were very sad to leave the next day.

Their hospitality truly made my time in Hà Giang special. Highly recommend staying here if you want a welcoming and trustworthy place that feels like home.

I was using crutches at the time, and was having trouble going up the stairs, so they help my carry my things upstairs and help me get up there, then they told me to just stay at this floor and they would bring me food so I didn’t have to use the stairs an unnecessary amount of time. Absolutely amazing. Be aware of roaming, sweet and cuddly cats ;)
