We received a very warm welcome at ha giang hostel. The room is very clean and has a very good standard for Vietnam. We felt very comfortable and were very well advised regarding Ha Giang Loop, even though we did not take advantage of the hostel's own tour. We can highly recommend the hostel.

The hotel was great in any way, but what I to emphasize is the hospitality. I had a flat tire in my motorcycle in the morning, and the owner took me to a garage and didn't leave until it was fixed. I never saw such a thing!! There was also a short power failure, and after it was repaired, they came to apologize to each guest. Wow...

Me and my two friends stayed here before going on a private ha giang loop tour. The rooms are very modern with comfy beds and great air con. The highlight by far, is the owner. He is lovely and was so helpful to us. We hadn’t ate the evening we arrived, so we were very hungry the next morning. Free breakfast is offered but it didn’t fill us up enough so he kindly cooked us more food for free without hesitation. He looked after our big bags whilst we were away on the loop. And then after we got back to pick out bags up, he offered us more food for free and gave us towels in case we wanted a shower before we left 🥺 very hospitable, can’t recommend enough!
