If you are looking to book the Ha Giang Loop and want support throughout the loop, not just at the hostel, Ha Giang Hostel is a perfect choice. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive with anything we needed. They organized everything smoothly, including the bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang and back, the rooms for the night, and the bikes for the full rental. The bike rental came with insurance and all the support we needed, plus clear advice about the route. They can also customize the loop to match how you want to do it, which I really appreciated since I have already done the loop before. On top of that, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the terrace views were beautiful. Highly recommended.

The hotel was great in any way, but what I to emphasize is the hospitality. I had a flat tire in my motorcycle in the morning, and the owner took me to a garage and didn't leave until it was fixed. I never saw such a thing!! There was also a short power failure, and after it was repaired, they came to apologize to each guest. Wow...

They offered drinks and were kind and full of laughter. The day after they made me breakfast and coffee. If you go to ha giang I recommend you stay here. Rooms were clean and nice with absolutely no complaints.

We did the Ha Giang Loop in January, when it is cold in the region, and the room had a kettle and a heater, which were real lifesavers. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff were polite and helpful.
