The price is normal for a five-star hotel, and the experience really delivers. One of the best breakfasts we've had, and the suite we stayed in was *extremely* comfortable. Great pillows, great shower, large suite, lots of convenient lighting options, large bed and comfy sheets etc... The pool and jacuzzi is comfortable also, and the location cannot really get better! Staff were super friendly also.

I've been to many hotels during a few overseas trips so far, and this hotel was the best. All the staff was friendly and the spirit of service was excellent. The room was very neat and everything was clean. There were a lot of breakfast menus and it was delicious. The massage was cool too. It was a short period of time, but I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and I will definitely come back if I visit Hanoi again next time.

Location is very good just right in the city center and close to the lake, many good street food and restaurants nearby. 2. The room is very clean and quiet for sleep 3. The breakfast is tasty, we sitting on the 10th floor for breakfast with a nice city view. 4. Staffs always smiling, always greeting when you go out and come back to the hotel, which feels like a home 5. The hotel even celebrated my birthday with a nice cake, overall the experience is beyond my expectations, will definitely choose Minerva next time to Hanoi! Thanks all

Later, at L’Signature, we were once again upgraded to a beautiful, larger room with a stunning balcony—an absolute treat! To top it all off, the staff surprised us with a thoughtful gift, and on our departure, they carried our luggage to a taxi 300 meters away, as the weekend restricted car access. Their dedication and attention to detail left a lasting impression. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s exceptional!
