The location was great, staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was nice- you could order a la carte options and/or buffet. The rooftop bar was also lovely! Live music some nights of the week (we could hear it from our room on the 5th floor!)

The guys were extremely helpful. They upgraded our suite, helped with local restaurants, and let us park the car at the entrance (parking lots are scarce in the center oh Hanoi). The suite itself was super clean, well maintained, I loved everything about it. The breakfast was fantastic. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to start their journey in Vietnam with a very pleasant hotel

I am giving great appreciation to reception staff as they offered us early check in with room update as we reached from Sapa from previous day night. All staff given very nice welcome and great sevice in our 03rd occation to hotel.Thanks for all. We had very good selection with breakfast in our two days period ,like early arrivals. We are expecting to come again before end of our life. Because we met with an accident while arriving to our residence on 25th early in the mornning.(my son was driving and he has fallen sleep while driving,we also in sleep mood.Now wife has admitgted in Ratnapura area hospital with hip dislocation.She will be ok in few days In Vietnam never gave any prblem during our 27 days perid.But after reaching to our country we faced a enexpected problem. How ever we will come back. Thanks for all hotel staff again.
