Very cozy place, located right in the middle of the most beautiful landscapes of Ninh Binh. Great for families with both a pool and small playground area, and free bikes (also one with a child seat). However, the best part is the staff! Dungz and the rest of the staff will go above and beyond to accomodate your needs and gladly help out with any issue you may have. Very much recommend this place.

Apart from having a beautiful hotel, fantastic rooms and great spa service (amazing after a day of exploring), I'd highlight the amazing people that work here. They were constantly looking for ways to please us, they got us connected with a great tour guide, and even after having left and realizing that we left a necklace in the hotel, they quickly coordinated efforts to get us the necklace back to us at our next destination 2 hours away! I can't stress how much we loved it here and would recommend to anyone looking to visit this area.

Nature around is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a pool, which is cleaned every day. During our stay they had a dog and two puppies that made our stay even better. You can also order a massage in your room. We tried a couple massages right before sleep, it was done very professionally. You can rent bikes and scooters there. Mua cave is in walking distance (15 min).

Rooms were clean and spacious with a huge bed. The river and mountain view from the room was delightful! The front desk was extremely helpful, they provided free bikes to ride, helped with giving us tips for things to visit in the area, helped with laundry and booking bus tickets. There is a restaurant on location with reasonable prices and good food. We especially loved the Bun Cha and the Cocoa banana smoothies. We were there during New Year and they organized a small party for us with dinner, games, cake and fireworks at the end. They really made an effort to make the night feel special!

From the friendliness and attention of the staff, the food, the massages... The Homestay is tucked away in a beautiful location, between rice field and mountains. It was an absolute dream! Thanks again to the entire team for a lovely stay, we should have stayed longer!
