Situated in Phu Quoc, less than 1 km from Long Beach, Palm Bay Resort Phu Quoc features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Great place in Phu Quoc. We rented scooters there. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Bottles of drinking water provided every day.

The location is excellent, and the balcony view is absolutely stunning—you can see the neighborhood, the clock tower, the sea, and the daily fireworks show at 9:30 PM. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the host, Mr. Bee. In all my travels, I have never met a host so dedicated to helping his guests like him. He assisted me with almost everything: airport pickup, money exchange, a sightseeing tour with the electric car, laundry, booking cable car tickets, buying tickets for the light and fireworks show and taking me there, and even organizing a driver for the safari and vinwonders. He went above and beyond without asking for anything in return. In Phu Quoc and Sunset Town, having someone like him is truly valuable since tourist offices and services are limited compared to Thailand. Thanks to him, everything was arranged perfectly. I’m very grateful for his genuine effort and support.

Special shout out to Khanh for his assistance throughout the stay, and the kitchen chef, who offered to cook tasty special meals just for us! - The location is beautiful. Private beach, and near an authentic local town! - the hotel even arranged a motorbike rental and airport taxi for us! - Free washing machine and kayaks! All in all, we’d love to come back soon!
