The room i had with a balcony is very quiet. The toilet is outside and not completely private. But there are 2 next to each other so i never needed to wait. Also the balcony is small and not comfirtable to sit in, but it provides lots of fresh air so i enjoyed it. And the downstairs shared balcony is really nice, so i often sat there. There is access to a washing machine, fridge, and kitchen, both on the same upper floor.
