Set in Graaff-Reinet, The Whyte House features air-conditioned rooms. Among the various facilities are a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared lounge, with a TV. We absolutely loved this hotel. It was the perfect little oasis to relax during the hot afternoons. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts gave us very good recommendations for hikes, restaurant and shops. We would definitely recommend staying there!

14 km from Valley of Desolation, Sundays Karoo Guesthouse is a recently renovated 4-star guest house in Graaff-Reinet, providing rooms with free WiFi and outdoor swimming pool. Loved everything- our room was beautiful with the huge bed - much appreciated. The beautiful public rooms and the lovely pool - great for a cool down in the heat of the day. The gardens were lovely and the breakfast was delicious- don’t miss it! Best of all was the kind welcome and advice from Peter and Jane - was much appreciated- they are both exceptional hosts - thank you for a great stay- we hope to be back soon!

The hosts are amazing - friendly, helpful, and always available, even for planning trips and activities in the area. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!
