Set in Graaff-Reinet, The Whyte House features air-conditioned rooms. Among the various facilities are a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared lounge, with a TV. Great one night stay, hosts awesome and recommended a good restaurant for dinner (Hello You - try the lamb curry it was delicious)! Comfy bed, good sized rooms. Nice views and very good breakfast. One of the best omelettes in the country. Our host Admari was so nice and took very good care of us.

14 km from Valley of Desolation, Sundays Karoo Guesthouse is a recently renovated 4-star guest house in Graaff-Reinet, providing rooms with free WiFi and outdoor swimming pool. Beautiful historic building with extremely high ceilings, which keeps the inside nice and cool in the hot Karoo summer. The host was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on what to see and where to eat and pretty much anything you want to go to, was within short walking distance.

Set in Tsolo, 43 km from Nelson Mandela Museum, The Hill Boutique Hotel offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a shared lounge. Amazing place, they thought of everything. Will definitely be staying here whenever I come to Tsolo.

We had a lovely stay at the Blue House. It’s set in a peaceful and beautiful location, a charming, tastefully decorated, and spacious home. Aneta and Japie are such wonderful people and truly made it feel like home!
