Very nice stay! We had a very beautiful room with huge windows and a nice view. Everything was very clean and the owners were very friendly. We couldn't even finish the breakfast it was so much food 😅 in the end the owners gave us a small present from the Guesthouse! P.s. in autumn it can get pretty cold at night, better turn on the AC directly for heating the room 😊

This is a new hotel and everything is working very well. It's on the edge of town by the beautiful river gorge with terrific views of Old Goris. It is easy to walk to the main road and plaza and all of the services there. The staff were extremely nice and though they didn't speak English, it was easy to communicate with them with translation apps. The room.was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the generous breakfast, good hot water shower, and sitting on the balcony watching the view.

The location is excellent. The windows overlook the beautiful mountains. The room has two large windows that allow you to admire them. You can just see the sunset. The room itself is beautifully made of stone. The café is excellent.
