Super mind blowing location - on a large boulder by the edge of a cliff, yet safe enough. If coming with children, would highly recommend keeping a close eye. Very cozy and spacious bungalow, amazing owners. Highly recommended. Had coffee and tea, the necessary spices for cooking and overall very satisfied with our stay.

The house was really cozy and had everything you may need. The host was also nice and ready to help with everything.

This is a lovely isolated cabin with a stunning view of a pastoral landscape and mountains. The property has a gate which made us feel extra safe and there lots of apple trees all around. Very kind family at check in. Cozy bed and clean sheets. The area is so quiet, no road noise or barking dogs, just perfect tranquility. A lot of these A-frame cabins don’t have curtains, this one did so we could sleep in! It was hard to leave. A warm breakfast was delivered to us in a basket. No detail left unnoticed. It’s worth the beautiful drive!

Exceptional hospitality at Adam's where we had a comfortable room in the family house and were treated to a full-fledged BBQ prepared by Adam in his beautiful backyard orchard. He then cooked a hearty hot breakfast the next morning and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay.

The house is so beautiful - everything is made by hand by the owner. It’s very comfortable and with everyone we need . It’s also much cooler in the area than other parts of Armenia . We also love the meals prepared by the host . I also asked the host to organize pick up from Yerevan and drop off in Dilijan (paid service). Make sure you hire the guide for a hike to the lake on the mountain. It’s a beautiful spot

The host family was extremely welcoming! The house was very cozy, and clean. They made us breakfast and dinner each day and it was amazing. They also dropped us off at the bus stop. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else, it was the best experience!

We had dinner pretty late, but it was actually the best meal I’ve had in Armenia! The whole table was covered in food and everything was so typical and delicious! The guests were so kind and smiling! You can also have dinner and breakfast with them and despite the language barrier, you will have a great time! Breakfast was great and so delicious, too! I definitely and totally recommend it to anyone coming to Armenia, because this was one of the most authentic experiences during my trip. Thank you again!

The owner, Edgar, was a very nice man, and the property was more than what we expected. I wanted to extend one more night and Edgar kindly accepted.

Excellent experience at LADA House. A true experience of Armenian hospitality. We enjoyed as well a free exhibition of Armenian dances in the house's courtyard! We had dinner at the House on the day of our arrival and it was as well a perfect trip into Armenian cuisine. Apart of that, rooms were really cozy and comfortable, wifi was very efficient, excellent breakfast, language issues were easily overcome by means of Google Translator ;).

The host, Manu, was very nice, hospitable while being very professional. The property is very nice, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable bedroom, nice shared kitchen and a charming yard and outdoor space with a large fruiting (if it's the right season) cherry tree. Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts.
