the apartment is very cool with a wooden ceiling and nice details for a small apartment, kitchen with fridge. Some rooms with panoramic views of the city to drink your wine. We loved the cute square in Lienz but it is sort of quiet in the off season... many shops closed especially 2 to 5 pm or so. We enjoyed the apartment for it's cleanliness and comfort.. getting a cappuccino in the morning is also excellent, right downstairs.

Room is a part of house directly in downtown of city, 5min walking from railway station.. Everything is close, no car needed in this area. Room was on 1st floor, no necessity to use the lift but for higher floors, the possibility to use it... Fully arranged appartement with all necessary you need for longer or shorter trips. We stayed there only one night, but we recommend it as well for longer stays , we felt there as at home..nice, cozy. Despite the building is located directly in main street of city, calm appartment with no negative echo from teh street. We had the view to the mountains close the the Lienz.

The staff waited for us until 22.30 which was very nice from them.

The room was on the second floor, and we asked to move to the third floor for a river view. They upgraded us at no extra charge. An excellent place, with a spacious room, four windows overlooking the scenery, exceptional comfort, and impeccable cleanliness.

The apartment is indeed very large, in fact it is a house with four bedrooms (eight beds) on the upper floor and two common areas, including a terrace at the back. It is suitable for various combinations, for a large family, two families or a group of friends. The location is central and only a few minutes by car from the ski slopes. It is very well equipped and very clean. The host is very friendly.

Amazing hotel! We loved everything about the hotel. It exceeded our expectations. It is a comparatively small hotel providing high quality services. All staff were very kind and hospitable. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious with a terrace and view over the lake. Cleaning was provided daily. Excellent spa area and swimming pool. The restaurant provides a diverse menu featuring an array of exquisite dishes crafted with the finest ingredients. Attention to detail is evident, with a focus on creating a memorable dining journey to the guests. It is a gastronomic gem. Highly recommend this dining experience! We would definitely return.

Lovely family hotel with an amazing location. It is on the mountain and has great view. Easy to get to Lienz city, to the Grossglockner High Alpine Road or even to Italien Dolomites for a day hiking. The hotel is run by one family, they are very kind and helpful, the restaurant on site offers great, tasty local dishes. The room is huge, very clean.

The Alm-Hut is on a amazing location suroundend by forests and with an unmached view. As we where there end of April, it was unbelievable quiet and as there is limited electricity it was a true off-grid experience. Exactly what we needed to step back from the fast life and to clear our minds. With us we also had our two dogs, who loved the yard and unlimited possibilities for walks and hikes. Just perfect!
