The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and we were lost so they came to pick us up with the car and prepared something to eat although the kitchen was closed.

The position at Strobl on Wolfgangsee is gorgeous and it’s worth paying for a lake view room. Generous room size, comfortable bed, lounge area with sofa, lounge chair & coffee table and great bathroom. Excellent breakfast - good choice and the ability to order eggs anyway you like. Beautiful gardens right down to the lake where there are 2 jetties and access for swimming. Lovely saunas - Finnish & Bio, and a steam room. Wellness centre if you want to book a massage. Short stroll to ferries - lovely way to see the area and and visit other towns - Sankt Wolfgang and Sankt Gilgen - both busier than Strobl but access for hiking via cog railway or cable car.

The accommodation in the apartment was very nice, clean and in a wonderful environment at the beginning of the Postalm route. The pleasant and helpful staff, we appreciate the possibility of accommodating our dog. Nice surroundings for walking the dog and the possibility of swimming together with the dog at the two Wolfgangsee beaches (not for walking distance) Breakfast is tasty, more than enough.

An amazing place! We got a lovely room, wonderful breakfast with many different options that the staff was able to adjust to our needs, got to hang out with the alpacas and enjoy the Friday burger-afternoon in the yard. They have scooters for rent at a very good price, and the location is great- close to st. Wolfgang but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and it's a short walking distance from a nice (but crowded) beach at the lake.

Beautiful place. It's situated in quiet place right on the shore of the Wolfgangsee. We liked to walk to and from St. Wolfgang on the foothpath by the lake. Our Junior Suite had nice terrace and view to the lake. Bed was very comfortable. We also liked the way the how the breakfast was served.
