A teljes személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, különösen Martina, akitől rengeteg hasznos információt és tippet kaptunk. A szálloda csodálatos környezetben helyezkedik el, gyönyörű kilátással a hegyekre, közvetlenül a felvonó mellett, ami az Oeschinen tóhoz vezet. A szoba mindennel felszerelt volt, a reggeli választékos és finom. A szálloda éttermében vacsoráztunk, isteni sajtokat kóstoltunk, és a főétel is remek volt.
