Wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to support us. The food and room service were excellent, and the restaurants downstairs were both welcoming and exceptional. It’s one of those rare places that truly feels like home. A must-stay if you’re visiting Lugano!

The stay is spacious, has gorgeous views, and offers parking. What makes it truly exceptional tho are the hosts! We arrived late at night, and Roxanne ensured we had a smooth check in by being available for all of our queries. Roxanne went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally dropped our car keys in the elevator shaft. She arranged maintenance to help us even though it was a Sunday. We were truly grateful for her words and support throughout.

The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and lays really comfortably in the hills. We loved the peace and quiet with the views. The terrace had plenty of space as well as chairs, a table and an extendable sun awning that provides shade. Inside was also very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help and make our stay special. We were extremely impressed with how genuine they were and just so happy to help. It really made the stay super special. The food was absolutely excellent quality. Top notch. Loved the organic eggs for breakfast. Cooked to perfection. Rooms were spacious and incredibly clean.
