Scenery is breathtaking Staff are so kind, helpful and friendly, they are out to make sure everyone has a good time in their vacation. They made all arrangements for use to navigate Saas fee and surrounding areas with ease and with good breakfast and dinner. Anna the property manager, Phillip the shuttle driver, and Kevin, and everybody in the hotel or kitchen are all kind and respectful, they work together in harmony to make sure you and your companions have fun and enjoy an unforgettable experiences from delicious food to activities. Despite dated carpet on the floor, the furniture, sheets and bathroom well managed, fresh and clean. Black-out curtains working well. Large room terrase with chairs for morning tea. And stunning VIEW to the mountains! In the facilities only kettle wifh two tea cups and two tea bags - not a lot, but shop (Coop) located nearby.
