A személyzet nagyon-nagyon kedves volt, annak ellenére is, hogy nagyon keveset beszélünk spanyolul. Végül még egy éjszakát maradtunk, mert nagyon tetszett a hely. A kert gyönyörű, a környezet az erdővel úgyszintén és a ház mellett folyik egy kisebb folyó is. Nagyon hangulatos. A második szobánk teljesen rendben volt, az elsővel teljesen nem voltunk elégedettek, de megengedték, hogy cseréljünk. A közlekedés nyilván a távolabbi elhelyezkedésből adódóan trükkösebb, de fél óra sétával bent van az ember Jardin központjában, a tuktuk hívás pedig egy állandó, gyors és olcsó megoldás, amivel néhány száz forintért öt perc alatt bent van az ember.

We loved our stay at Casa Viva Alojamiento! It is perfectly located about 1.5 miles from Jardin, offering spectacular views of the town and surrounding mountains. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, picking us up from the bus center for a reasonable fee, which made it much easier for us since we had luggage, and providing answers to our questions throughout our stay. For those that enjoy nature and the outdoors, this is a perfect location where you can hike to town and surrounding trails. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was also delicious. We were incredibly happy with this rural, truly Colombian experience, at a VERY resonable price.

We saved the best for last. Our stay at Casa Nativo was the highlight of our Colombia trip. Not only the stunning architecture and surroundings (we never saw so many different exotic birds as we did here) but mainly the lovely and caring personalities of Daniela, her mother Ana and Diana. It's a bit like spending time with family. In our entire trip, the beautiful terrace overlooking the jungle is where we found the most peace and felt closest to nature. We also visited the coffee finca of the parents of Diana up the hill. We would come back to Colombia only to stay at this magical place!

The host was wonderful! Really made us feel home & family. Gave us tips, what to do and see, was helpful with everything. Really made our stay special. The house itself is authentic, with a lot of details. Clean room&bathroom, high ceilings. Breakfast was delicious. Location comfortable as well. We really liked our window view.

Nothing frivolous nor contrived about the place. It's a solid hostel for the price. It's nice that they have electronic entry, so I can get in the hostel at any time of the day without having to buzz in. The location is great. It gives you access to the town but also enough separation from the bars and noise. You also get an unobstructed view of the mountains from the patio. Alex and Asusena- the 2 personnel- are great.
