No heaters working properly and no toilet papers

It was an unexpected stay as we got delayed on our journey due to a closure on the A5. Having detoured to the town and needing a place to stay we stop off here. The host and property were perfect for our needs. We booked at around 9:30pm and by 10pm we were inside the property, the host was super friendly and did everything he could to make us welcome in what was a short visit.

It was a nice and family-friendly hotel. It felt like a second home to us. In general, perfect!

All was perfect. The best equipped ferienwohnung we visited, and we visited a lot. Our dog gives 5 paws out of 5 for: a dog friendly garden, snacks, blankets, bowls, poo bags, a leash. All prepared for him.

Steewer Landhaus was a perfect country getaway. The hosts really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, warm and cozy and their communication was outstanding. The location is on the outskirts of the very small town, which means nights are utterly quiet, and on a slight rise, so that there is a beautiful view across woods and fields. There are many forest walks accessible from the property and there are some shops (bakery, pharmacy, post) available in the next village, or supermarkets and other shops a short drive away in Dierdorf. The house is quite new, well designed and insulated with heated flooring. It comfortably accommodated our family of 5, with 3 double rooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The decor throughout was superb, including lovely artwork and crafts and live plants. We were even treated to a lit Christmas tree and a large tropical fish tank! The kitchen had absolutely everything needed to create complete meals and, importantly, clean up after ourselves. And we were left some lovely fresh welcome treats. There was a separate laundry with washer, drying lines and ironing facilities, and some umbrellas in the entry wardrobe for our walks in drizzle and snow. The kids of course want me to mention the huge, comfortable couch, and fast, reliable Wifi and streaming services on a large TV. A truly wonderful experience and we can't wait to return! Lovely set up for a family while traveling long distance. Lots of space, excellent kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, very comfortable beds. We stopped for a quick night on the way from Holland to Italy, it was so much more than expected! Highly recommend!

It is a very spacious and beautiful apartment in a small but nice village! We spent 2 nights here but wanted to stay more in this unique area. Everything was very nice and went smoothly! I definitely would recommend it to everybody!

We arrived late and the staff helped us every time we called and were super nice.
