A hotel délutánonként Kaffee und Kuchen (kávé/tea, sütemény) fogást is biztosít a vendégek számára. A recepciós személyzet is segítőkész a sziget megtekintéséhez kapcsolódó kérdésekben is. A hotel nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, a pályaudvarról könnyen, gyalog megközelíthető. A hotel tiszta, modern, és a szoba megfelelő felszereltségű, vízforraló, kávé, tea, alapvető pipere, fürdőköpeny biztosított. A szállodában SPA részleg is található, jó szauna. A hotel belépőjegyet biztosít a strandra a tartózkodás idejére, amely Sylt sziget valamennyi strandjára érvényes.
