Room size was perfect for a family of three. Excellent location close to train station. Breakfast buffet was excellent too. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks English.

The staff was spot on with the service provided. They made the check in process very easy for us.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and have such comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and quickly process your check in and check out. We enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and had many food and drink choices. Even though the car garage was full when we arrived, I was happy to find parking right outside the Hotel. The location is great and very near the center. We walked and it took around 10 minutes to reach the historical places. We also liked that they are dog friendly. We had a short stay but it was very comfortable and relaxing.

The location is great, the rooms are cozy with a great view of the Haidplatz. You basically can do the whole check-in process in advance online which I liked a lot.

Very nice and helpful personnel (in the morning), varied and delicious breakfast. Beautiful interiors and design of the common areas. Children absolutely loved the playroom area both indoor and the outdoor playground.

The hotel was very clean and located in the heart of the old town. The restaurant and breakfast were both very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. A special mention to the very dedicated staff member who assisted with parking, brought the car when needed, and helped with the luggage. His professionalism and hard work are truly a great asset to the hotel.

The location is perfect, the price is affordable, the room was clean and the staff amazing. Love the little cokolates they left in the room after cleaning.

Hotel is very nice and clean, with polite staff that speaks English, big room, good breakfast and free parking. Value for money without any doubt.

Staff speaks english, breakfast served from 6:30 till 11am, they take orders in case something is not available (for us it was scrambled eggs - they made them well), hotel has it's own in house restaurant. There is a pool and sauna, in the room there were robes (no slippers so bring your own). The room was dead silent during the night, good window/room door isolation. Spacious outdoor parking for the car not on the main road.

This is my regular stop on the way home or back, and I am looking forward to it every time. I think is one of the rare hotels where I am not rolling eyes at bathroom storage space and solutions. Breakfast was great as always, this time I enjoyed it outside on the terrace. Complimentary water is always a nice touch after a long drive. Friendly staff.

Clean, cosy and quiet place with great accessibility to public transport. We loved our stay. :)

Big parking lots, clean rooms, very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to old town 15 min. For me was 3rd time in this hotel as on night stay during my trip to Netherlands

The guy of the reception is extremely nice. He's the best piece of the hotel! He explained us where and how to go, and was very patient with us since we did a late check in. Our room was very big and clean, the toilet was clean too.
