The location is very calm and all the rooms are very comfortable, with nice individual themes. The exterior is funy and very nice for the ones with the British & Scottish spirit in the soul...the whole collectibles surrounding the place are just unique in their way...The Lady (owner) is very friendly and really delicious, same for all the employees which are fluent in English :-) And the breakfast a pure & delicious British Breakfast...

Excellent location, host was very accommodating and the apartment is very well kitted out. It has everything you need for a stay in Linz. Small touches like providing salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea and even shower gel and shampoo made all the difference and were very much appreciated. I have to return to Linz and I hope to stay again.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with all we could need for our stay. Plenty of cooking equipment, large fridge and a washing machine. Very generous spaces. Great location a minute walk to the ferry to take you across the river to the amazing town of Linz am Rhein. Restaurant and food vans right next door. Ferry takes 5-10 minutes to cross the river and run till midnight with loads of crossings every day. Owners fantastic and helpful.
