Our family stayed in the old blacksmith's forge, which had also once been used as a hay barn, and it was one of the most memorable places we have ever stayed. From the moment we walked in, we felt as if we had stepped into a fairy tale. The owners have done an incredible job preserving the building's history and character, with beautifully restored antique furniture, authentic decorations, and countless charming details, while still providing every modern comfort. Breakfast was exceptional, with freshly baked bread, pancakes, a great selection of cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, vegetables, and many other delicious homemade treats. The property itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning nature. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They took the time to recommend the best places to visit on the island, shared local stories, and made us feel truly at home. This was much more than just a place to stay—it was an unforgettable experience. Our sons loved every moment, and we left with wonderful memories. We would happily return and highly recommend this unique place to anyone looking for something truly special.
