The staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was premium, with a direct view of the lake, which was pleasantly warm during our stay. There could be one or two more showers, but even so, it wasn’t a problem for us. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking to take a few days off and unwind. Plus, it’s just a 20-minute drive to Koli National Park!

Lovely place, the room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The outdoor toilet was ok but I’d prefer a private bathroom. Nothing to complain about though, would stay again.

The hotel was as advertised in the wilderness. The activity possibilities were really good. Unfortunately we arrived so late that we couldn’t have a chance to go swimming or take a match of various games. Looking forward to that when visiting next time. Very good coffee at the breakfast and also good selection of food.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature — we haven’t slept this well in years. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and horseback riding with Marcus was a true highlight. The Icelandic horses were gentle and a joy to ride — perfect for both beginners and experienced riders. Marcus was kind, patient, and also really funny, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back!
