Superb location, truly within a short walking distance to al major attractions. Well stocked pantry and bar, a range of room service available. Right before checkout my mobile disappeared into thin air… Practically the entire front team threw themselves into the search and rescue operation, accompanying me back to the room to look under the bed etc, and trying to call, offering me the bar space to look into my luggage once more. Which was to no avail, until miraculously one housekeeping member located it just like that! Credit goes to everyone since they wouldn’t reveal the name of that particular rescuer haha! One tiny detraction, though unrelated to the hotel per se!—is that be prepared for less living space in en-suites. After all it’s located on one of these fashionably famous Bath crescents, so don’t expect cooking counters, kitchen taps and so on. But filtered water is available in the pantry, and in the room you have a corked bottle enough for daily drinking. 10/10 will come back next time find myself in Bath, hopefully could spa(lash) on de luxe rooms then.

A beautifully presented modern property with room to spare. It feels like a home away from home with tasteful artwork throughout. The decor is modern yet still keeps its charm. Spotlessly clean and full of all the amenities you need. The hosts really have thought of everything. Highly recommend. Having the parking behind the house is a bonus.

The property was absolutely beautiful, well located with an easy walk into all the main sights and close to a Waitrose. Host was exceptional and a rare find these days for accommodation bookings. Perhaps Sabine can teach some other hosts how to provide the perfect experience. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Location a little tucked away but beautiful area. Fabulous modern room with lots of character added. Loved the tuck box in the room and doggy bowl and towels outside door. Lovely thoughtful touches… magazines available too. Will avail myself of these when I’m able to come back…shame it was a flying visit this time. Staff lovely and breakfast was excellent. Great parking included.

Extremely polite & friendly staff that made me feel very comfortable from the moment I stepped in. Everyone always went the extra mile, from giving me extra waters to delivering a mini fridge to my room for something that needed to be chilled overnight.
