Loved the garden room and the hosts were very friendly

Lovely stay at Sheppards Hut We had a great stay at Sheppards Hut in Shropshire. Everything was spotlessly clean, cosy, and well looked after. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would happily stay again if I’m back in the area. Highly recommended.

Great welcome. Nothing too much trouble for our hosts. And a lovely surprise for our anniversary. Thanks again for a great time

We needed a restful space and Ruth’s place delivered this in spades . Super hosts in Ruth and Dean.

We recently stayed at The Gentleman’s Quarters near Shrewsbury, it was a wonderful weekend. The property is a wing of a beautiful historic Elizabethan hall, and from the moment we arrived we felt genuinely privileged to be staying somewhere so full of character and heritage. Despite its impressive size, the building was warm, welcoming, and surprisingly homely. There was plenty of space for our group of twelve friends to relax together, whether chatting over breakfast or unwinding in the evenings in the panelled dining room with a roaring log fire. The setting was equally lovely—peaceful countryside all around, perfect for walks and exploring.

The house is so beautifully decorated and very cosy. The real Christmas tree gave it an even more homey feeling.

I liked the fact that the host came to meet us from the station and bring us to the pods The hosts are a beautiful couple The pods are lovely and separated for one another At night time it is lovely to just sit out there and look outside and in the morning it is beautiful to come out and look at those views

We were met on arrival by the very welcoming Andy, who then showed us around the pod. Every little detail is so well thought out, the pod was spotlessly clean and there was a choice of garden furniture to use outside. Our dog had such fun in the huge, enclosed garden and we couldn’t get enough of the stunning views! Andy and Dru have created a little piece of paradise!

House lovely and clean, kitchen fully equipped. Even with salt and pepper. Shower gel is also a nice touch in each bathroom. Beds comfy and house warm.
