The Barn is spotlessly clean. Everything you might need is provided. Comfortable, great village and excellent pub within walking distance.

Having found this property very last minute on Christmas eve due to another property cancelling we were extremely lucky to find it and it exceeded our expectations. Kim was very responsive to messages. Its beautifully thought out, decorated to a high standard and has a very cosy feel. Such a lovely view too. Was such a bonus to be able to put our presents under a real tree. The pub down the road is also lovely. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s very easy to go to the place, probably an 8-minute taxi ride from Clitheroe town centre. The hosts gave us detailed directions to reach the property with ease so that was very handy! We arrived to a spotless cottage that is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, and it has everything a guest would hope for (from facilities to toiletries, and also with free coffee/tea/milk) — thus, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay all throughout. We chose this property since it’s very near the wedding venue, Eaves Hall. Thanks a million, Kate & Richard!

Very cosy and spacious loved it

Very well situated in Clitheroe with a large sitting room and well equipped dining/kitchen. Parking was easy on the road. The house was nice and warm when we arrived, and during our stay. There was also a log burner in the dining room. There was a bathroom upstairs, with a bath and shower and a shower room downstairs, so adequate for 6 people.

We had the best stay as a family as we needed some peace and this is the perfect place for it, looking out of the animals and the view. Very quiet and easy to get everywhere we wanted, my two boys 11 and 7 loved it and even names a few of the cows and sheep. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms with great en suites two both bedrooms. Lovely setting and you get a little walk around the land as well. Hot tub was lovely and we had towels for that so we wasn't using the bathroom towels. 28 minutes into Skipton centre, 40 into Grassington/Linton falls. Clean, nice, tidy hotel, friendly stuff, excelent breakfast.

Lovely location, everything you would expect and more. Great to sit by the fire under tha pagoda. Perfect location for walks with Malham Cove only a short drive away. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely location, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very nice. Ample parking. Second time we’ve stayed here and won’t be the last.

Our stay was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and Ed our host was fantastic. Our room, Lover Buck Lodge was fantastic. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower and plenty of clean towels daily. The bed was the low type and very comfortable. There was a room heater, fan, hairdryer, iron and board. The breakfast hamper was full of items and sat on top of a mini fridge containing bottled milk and water. There was also a coffee maker and kettle with plenty of teas, coffees, sugar and biscuits. The wooden flooring added to the room and there was a small built in wardrobe plus a drawer unit. Due to the opening hours, we could only eat at the Lower Buck on one evening of ours 3 night stay. The food was superb from a good menu and the bar was fully stocked with spirits and ales All in all our stay receives 10/10. We shall definitely be back.

Very clean room, everything worked, except TV didn't like PM, but better reception Morning. Didn't have bedside light, that would have been better.

This is an exceptional property which has been beautifully decorated, was wonderfully clean and, as we visited in December, had some tasteful and thoughtful Christmas touches, including a tree. We found everything we needed and enjoyed the space as a family with two teenagers.

Large clean property, plenty of garden space lovely location

The property was spacious and well equipped with everything you need walking around the site it far superior than any site I’ve stayed on so clean and well maintained staff were friendly and the area was impressive people was so friendly also definitely will be returning
