L'ubicació és molt bona perquè està situat al centre però alhora fora del nucli sorollós. Hi ha lloc per aparcar al voltant (la meva estada va ser al mes d'abril). L'habitació està totalment equipada i han aprofitat molt bé els espais. A un minut hi ha un lloc local on serveixen menjar (cada dia el menú és diferent) i a molt bon preu, ja que hi va gent treballadora del barri i no turistes.
