Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea. The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves. I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines. Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless. It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.

We had a wonderful stay at this brand new apartment. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos - very clean, modern, and comfortable. We travelled with our baby, and they even provided a baby cot, which we really appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, and the pool area was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were very welcoming, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our week here! The accommodation is very clean and in a great location, close to the beautiful beaches as well as the main area with restaurants, bars and shops for an evening walk. A special thank you to Mike, who was an absolutely amazing host. He was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations about beaches, places to visit and where to eat, which made our holiday so much easier and even more enjoyable. He was also very kind to help us with reservations whenever we needed them. We really felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

We stayed here in June and had a wonderful experience. We really liked the entire complex, and the maisonette was perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was well-equipped and very clean. The location was excellent, and the owner and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Since we were traveling with a small child, the owner kindly provided a baby cot and a high chair, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and beautiful place! I had a wonderful stay here. The location is incredibly central, making it very easy to get around everywhere in Nikiti. We stayed only for one night, but we will definitely come back soon. The villa is brand new and located in the beautiful old town of Nikiti, in a historic house that has been completely renovated inside with very high-quality interiors. The villa features an amazing kitchen, and each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, making it feel like three separate private suites. There is also a huge indoor jacuzzi, almost like a small pool, which is perfect for cozy evenings. The outdoor area is amazing, with a large private garden where you can relax in complete privacy. The highlight for us was the breakfast, which was served in a beautiful basket with fresh juices, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. Its an amazing value for the cost. The owner was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Highly recommended we will definitely come back again.
