Very comfortable and clean. We received a bottle of balsamic after our stay. That was very thoughtful.

Beautiful apartment, everything inside was coordinated and looked very nice, the host really had a sense of detail and design, the kitchen was stocked and water and breakfast were ready for us, the gentleman who gave us the keys lived right in the apartment next door and was nice and helpful.

Enormous surroundings and the history of the place

The room was spacious, very clean. The shower was good and soap/conditioner were excellent. The was enough space for all our luggage and a small fridge. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. even some vegetables and many fruits. The staff was helpful. There is a free, comfortable parking. A really perfect value for money.

Very peaceful surroundings and room, friendly and helpful owner, good Italian breakfast. Out in the countryside, woke up with lovely birdsongs in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Modena. We were welcomed by a very friendly woman who showed us around and explained everything in the apartment. The apartment turned out to be much bigger than we expected, which was a surprise! It was also very cozy and comfortable. There is a lovely green courtyard where I could sit and enjoy the sunny weather after a run. I actually ran 21 km from Maranello to Modena with my friend, so it was especially nice to relax there afterwards. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied with the accommodation. Highly recommended!

Perfect option for me needing a place to stay for the night in the area. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Hosts were kind and helpful and one restaurant they recommended in town had fantastic tortellini with ragu! Highly recommended.

Beautiful Vila with big secured parking. Everything, from the first contact with the host, kind Monika, was excellent. The place is amazing, rooms are big, each has a TV and it's own bathroom. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean. There was 6 of us and we had the whole floor for ourselves, elevator is available. Coffee, tea, bottled water as much as you want, pastry and cookies. The host offered us to spent another night for free, if we would like to see more of this part of Italy. :) We would recommend it to everybody and are definitely coming back.

Wonderful host, great location, beautiful apartment.

The apartment was great, had all what we needed there and it was comfortable and clean. The area is nice, you have near the location a Lidl, Burger King and McDonald's, so it helps if you need to buy something or need to grab a quick bite to eat. Bus station close to get to the city center or where you need, easy to travel from and to. Also the area is in a nice residential area so it is quiet. A good place to sleep and enjoy Modena
